You can purchase your items online and ship them directly to your doorstep. There is a shipping fee on all orders. SHIPPING AND CANCELLATION: Our products are fulfilled by a third-party company. Shipping: 6-9 business days around the US only. Cancellation: You can ONLY cancel an order that has already been submitted within 24 hours. To cancel an order, you can email me at themamarosebiz@gmail.com. A canceled transaction refund can take one to ten business days, depending on the payment method, bank and merchant. We CANNOT change your orders' size or color once you already paid for it. You can just CANCEL the order by sending us an email at themamarosebiz@gmail.com within 24 hours. RETURN POLICY: Since our products are fulfilled by a third-party company, we follow their return policy. They do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. ​Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on their part are covered at their expense.
